  • Energy Audits
  • Water Audits
  • Waste Audits, and
  • Greenhouse Gas Emissions Audits,

Our experienced consultants are highly trained and well equipped to help give you detailed, easily digestible feedback in a timely manner. Assessments will include a site inspection and evaluation of building design and energy use (quantities and patterns). A handheld energy meter will help clients see the energy usage, cost of running, and greenhouse gas emissions associated with each major electrical appliance throughout their business or home.

Assessments will yield a preliminary estimate of savings potential and a list of low-cost savings opportunities through improvements in operational and maintenance practises. Clients will be left with a completed Assessment form and Action Plan. A more detailed Sustainability Assessment report can also be produced (if desired).

Action Plans will contain a variety of recommendations for you to implement as you see fit. Recommendations are classified as high, medium, or low priority and will be delivered in consideration of your particular needs. Consultants will also give you an indicative cost of implementing each recommendation - helping you get the biggest bang for your buck!
